Guidelines to the student
Admission Procedure: Eligible candidate have to fill up the admission form attached with the prospectus along with valid documents indicating proper stream and course opt for. Admission form without admission fee will be rejected.
Enclosures: Students should enclose the following documents along with the application form-
1. Two sets of Pass Certificates & Marksheets of the qualifying examinations.
(1 set duly attested by Gazetted Officer & 1 set non-attested)
2. Proof of Age (1 copy duly attested by Gazetted Officer & 1 copy non-attested).
3. 8 copies recent passport size photograph (2 copies duly attested by Gazetted Officer & 6 copies non-attested)
Identity Card:
Students Identity Card will be issued by the authority after admission. Authority is not responsible for the loss of Identity Card once it is issued. Duplicate Identity Card will be obtained on payment of Rs.100/- from office authority.
Examination:
Examination form along with the examination fee should be submitted to the authority before last date or with a late fee according to the concerned body / university after the last date.
Result:
Result will be declared at the office of the Institute or website. For Correspondence courses, results will be declared by post or on e-mail address.
RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Admission for any course will be given through personal interview.
2. Eligibility criteria & duration of course are subject to change based upon the policies of respective govt. regulated bodies.
3. Admission form without admission fee will be rejected.
4. Attendance should be regular and punctuality should be maintained.
5. For regular students, at least 75% attendances are required to appear in the examination.
6. It is compulsory for the regular students to appear in the Unit Test.
7. It is compulsory for the students to bring the Identity Card & also they have to come with proper uniform in the class hours.
8. Fee are neither refundable and nor adjustable under any circumstances.
9. All the students should pay their dues in proper time.
10. Students will have to follow the rules and regulations, in the institute as well as in the hostel, as laid down by the management.
11. Decision of Management regarding admission, course matter concerning fee/fee structure conduct and discipline will be last and final and will be legally binding to all students, parents and guardians.
12. Any dispute if arises, will be subject to Guwahati jurisdiction only.
13. A student can be expelled from the Institute if found guilty & unsatisfactory by the authority on any ground
